The Department of Master of Computer Applications (MCA) offers quality education in computer applications and information technology with a strong emphasis on practical skills, innovation, and professional competence. The department aims to prepare students for successful careers in the IT industry, research, and higher education through a solid academic foundation and hands-on learning experiences.

The Department of Computer Applications was established in the year 2025 with an initial intake of 60 students. It is supported by well-qualified and experienced faculty members. The department is approved by AICTE, New Delhi, and is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi.
